The ad stated 24/7 service and that is just what we needed. Both of our cars were in the garage and the door would not open. The service man was very quick to respond and quicker to fix the problem. We called at 9am and our door was open before noon. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service man who arrived so quickly and explained everything to us. Hopefully we will ot have further problems but if we do we know who to call.

My garage door torsion spring broke overnight. I called them first thing the next morning and they had a technician out within an hour. A spring broke on my Garage door on Friday evening 3/29/24. On the Saturday morning of 03/30/24 I went to your website and asked for an appointment. Your office called me within 30 minutes , scheduled a Technician to be at my house between noon and 2PM, today, the same day, he arrived at 11:30 AM and had the repairs done by 2PM. Jason Wallace was the Technician. You could not ask for a better person and better customer service. I used Precision before and will again. Good JOB, and Thanks.

Great experience! I was first impressed that Precision was able to send someone out 2 hours after I called to set up an appointment to fix a broken tension spring.
