THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS SENT TO MY RESIDENT FROM PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO MAINTENANCE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CALLED FOR SERVICE FROM PRECISION AND I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN WITH ANY FUTURE REPAIRS FOR MY GARAGE DOOR. I AM THANKFUL THAT I CALLED THEM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

My garage door opens and closes better than it ever has and my experience was very positive. I felt very confident in his work and he was very honest about the price and what needed to be repaired. He needs a bonus.

The ad stated 24/7 service and that is just what we needed. Both of our cars were in the garage and the door would not open. The service man was very quick to respond and quicker to fix the problem. We called at 9am and our door was open before noon. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service man who arrived so quickly and explained everything to us. Hopefully we will ot have further problems but if we do we know who to call.

The install was done in a professional timely manor. John, the technician, was on time and very personable. When I called to get an estimate,I ended up having to call back 3 times to get it. My initial install date was Friday April 5 in the morning, I was called that morning and rescheduled for the afternoon! I was then called the same day and rescheduled for Tuesday April 9 because the opener was not in stock. My only point of contention is this, I was charged a diagnostic charge of $115. I did not need diagnosis, I wanted a new garage door opener. There was absolutely no diagnostic done so I feel like the diagnostic charge should not apply.

We have used Precision each time we have had a garage door issue. They are consistently prompt, reliable, dependable and very professional. Today they responded quickly to my problem, assessed the repairs needed and provided me with options. They were able to fix the issue right then since they had all the parts they needed on their truck. I will continue to contact them any time i have a garage door need.

I think 413.00 dollars to hang a garage door opener in under 2 hours was injustice. And would not replace the wiring unless I gave him a additional $80.00. I know alot of people and will highly discourage them from using Precision

He tried to fix things, but I had to have a new garage door opener. He also replaced the rollers, greased the chain. He programmed my car to the opener, and we had him add an outdoor keypad. Nice. We shouldn’t have to worry about the door for years.

Saw an add in the phone book. Decided to give them a try. They were wonderful. Was. Very professional and did a wonderful job. They also gave me a 90 days. If something goes wrong they will come back and fix it. I would recommend them to everyone.Didn’t try to get me to put in a new door..

Jason also gave me troubleshooting tips to consider for the future, taking into account that I am a survivor of multiple combat concussive-blast/TBI events.
